	VBS Work Day Sunday This workday will be held right after morning worship services. Anyone who can stay and help us is greatly encouraged to come. Be prepared to bring your own lunch. VBS T-Shirt Sunday and Staff Training on July 12th Please see sister Becky for your Iron-Ons. You will need to put them on purple T-Shirts. Please be prepared to bring your own lunch to thiis event as well. VBS It will be held on July 14th through 17th (Tuesday through Friday) from 6:30-9:30 P.M. and July 18th, (Saturday) from 10:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. Theme: Crocodile Dock: Where Fearless Kids Shine God's Light Followup Men's Day Meeting July 19th It will be held after the morning services. Men will be asked to stay after the morning services and provide their input about the strengths and weaknesses of our last Men's Day Seminar and discuss plans for next year's Men's Day Seminar. What is needed for our food pantry? We need meat this month. This includes tuna, spam, and Vienna sausages. Included in this selection is needed spaghetti sauce , and pork and beans. Preferred are cans with tabs that allow for opening without can openers. We want to encourage you to bring meat during this month of June. If we can use the large basket for collecting these items, it will be in the foyer. If not, then put your canned items near the basket that is already being used in the foyer. Please remember to let us (John, Morris, Alan, or Cliff) know about families that you know about that need our help. See Suzzane and Vivian for further information. WCC 2009 Ladies Day Luncheon and Tea This will be held at the building on September 12, 2009 from 9-4 P.M. The theme: God's Gifts of Grace: Priceless." The guest speaker will be Linda Thompson.
